Declared Value (DV) is the estimated market value of your ungraded card. PSA uses this to determine the appropriate service level and insurance coverage. Each service level has a maximum DV cap. If PSA determines your card exceeds the cap for the service level you selected, an upcharge may apply.

Get Your Grades

You don’t pay until your grades pop. We send you your grades plus an invoice, and you can choose to consign any cards through our eBay store.
