How 5 Star Cards customers opt in to text notifications

About the program

5 Star Cards sends transactional SMS/text notifications to customers who have explicitly opted in. Messages provide updates about customer-submitted trading cards, grading orders, consignment items, pending marketplace offers, grading results, and order completion. Messages are sent only to the mobile number the customer provides in their account. This program is not promotional, and we never message purchased or third-party contact lists.

Opt in to SMS notifications

Consent is optional — you can create an account, submit cards, and use every part of the service without agreeing to receive SMS messages. The checkbox below is never pre-selected; you must check it yourself. We record the consent, phone number, date, time, and IP address as proof of opt-in.

Account holders can also opt in from within their 5 Star Cards account when adding or updating their mobile phone number, where the same unchecked consent checkbox is shown.
